What We Believe

In the Bible, from Genesis to Revelation, as the inspired Word of God that is given to instruct man in living holy and righteous before God. (2 Timothy 3:16)

In one God, eternally existing in three persons: the Father, the Son, and the Holy Ghost.

That Jesus Christ is the only begotten Son of the Father, conceived of the Holy Ghost, and born of the virgin Mary.

That Jesus Christ came to earth to pay the penalty for the sins of man; that He was crucified, buried, and raised from the dead; that He ascended into Heaven and is today at the right hand of the Father as our Intercessor.

That all have come short of the glory of God and confession and repentance are commanded by God and necessary for forgiveness of sins. (Romans 3:23, Proverbs 28:13, 1 John 1:9)

That there is only one way to Heaven: by believing in Jesus Christ as Lord and Savior. (John 14:6, Acts 4:12)

That Jesus not only died on the Cross to take sin away, but also to provide healing for believers physically, spiritually, and emotionally. (Isaiah 53:5, 1 Peter 2:24)

That holiness is God's standard of living for His people.

That the baptism of the Holy Ghost with evidence of speaking in other tongues is a gift from God to all believers. (Acts 2:1-4, 38)

That subsequent to the baptism in the Holy Ghost, the Spirit gives spiritual gifts to empower believers for ministry. (1 Corinthians 12:1-31)

In the imminent return of Jesus Christ first to resurrect the righteous dead and catch away the living saints and second, to reign on earth for 1,000 years.

In the bodily resurrection; eternal life for the righteous and eternal punishment for the wicked.
